The partnership of the Polish branch of Motorola is primarily an opportunity to work on a living organism. Participants learned the theoretical approach to communication, but also developed a communication plan and campaigns using the Motorola brand as an example.

"Motorola's strategic solutions fit into the workshop agenda, but it was up to the participants how they would be used. We decided to collaborate on the Tigers workshop to further understand what messages best correspond to our target audience. I believe that the different experiences and perspectives of the participants will bear fruit under the watchful eye of Daniel Kotlinski." - Anna Staszynska, Head of Marketing at Motorola.

Clashing with a real case study, based on data, is the best way to learn strategy. A short loop to implement the knowledge gained encourages synthetic, creative thinking. Marcin Sleszynski, one of the 12 participants in the two-day training, sums up his participation this way:

"I must admit that it was a real roller coaster. From excitement in front of a new experience, to momentary doubt and being overwhelmed by the complexity of the issue, to satisfaction and motivation from the strategy created. It's hard to believe how much we were able to work out together over two days. Thanks for getting us on the right track. I recommend future editions of this workshop to everyone!" - Marcin Sleszynski, Performance Specialist.

We would like to thank all the participants for their incredible energy and great ideas. We are also very grateful to Anna Staszynska, Head of Marketing of Motorola's Polish branch, for her substantive support and trust.
