Year of the Tiger, and a total of 2 years soon!
First steps at Tigers
Let's start from the beginning, or even about two beginnings, because I got to Tigers the second time. Let me tell you about the second approach, it is certainly much more interesting. I prepared an email to HR, where I wrote strongly creatively about my skills, e.g. "I analyze data faster than a computer at NASA.", invited all of Tigers on LinkedIn, and that's when my assault on the 29th floor began. I appeared everywhere!
15 minutes and I got a call: "Blazej! We invite you to an interview!" and from there you probably already know how it went.
Coming to Tigers I felt that I was prepared, after all, I had already worked at another agency, I am familiar with different industries, and marketing is no stranger to me. This was my first thinking mistake. It turned out that I knew a lot, but I didn't quite know what I knew. It sounds funny, but really, I didn't know what to do, how to act, and what I was supposed to do in all this marketing.
Let's go TikTok!
Thrown into one of Tigers' biggest projects, I felt a strong sense of confidence. With that, a space was born in my head and in the head of Team Leader Dorota Wozniczka that Blazej is embracing TikTok brilliantly. Let's fly into it!
And that's how I started training, teaching myself and others how to do vertical formats on social media.
I worked for many months on my knowledge. I said that I would only call myself an expert when I could answer any question on the subject of vertical video.
Now they are hitting two years and it's a great developmental two years, where in that time:
- I graduated from trainer school and became a certified trainer,
- I have purchased more than 40+ trainings on udemy and extracted knowledge from them,
- I built a training presentation that comes from practice,
- I created the agency's first outdoor for the BeActive brand,
- I have trained over 300+ people and 20+ companies with Vertical Video,
- I opened the Vertical Video cell,
- I built a lot of concepts for the campaign.
And best of all... I work with super people who charge me with positive energy and I know that as Generation Z I am in a good place.
